ONLINE ORDERS & DELIVERY

Bare roots and other live plant media are only available to order online for pickup in spring - all other plants are available only at the nursery.
Bare roots are not available for purchase during summer, fall, and winter.
Potted plants cannot be shipped through our mail order service and are available in-store only.

Pottery, gift certificates, and other online-only products are available for shipping and pickup year round.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit - if you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately.

PICKUP

Pottery and hardgood orders are usually ready for pickup by the next business day.
Bare root orders are available for pickup in early spring.
Exact time and dates for all pickups will be sent via email confirmation.
Please contact us with any questions or to make special arrangements.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and happy when they leave our nursery, but we cannot be responsible for what happens once you take them home.
We are happy to exchange plants within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
We can not assume responsibility for plants which have died as a result of improper planting or care.

We ask our customers to remember that our plants are living things and should be treated as such.
